Terms of withdrawal
Cancellation of orders ITALGIOIELLI srl reserves the right to cancel an order or an item in the order if the following circumstances occur: items that cannot be delivered by suppliers due to problems; credit card fraud; failure to send a copy of the payment receipt if requested by the seller ITALGIOIELLI srl, within 5 working days from the date of the order, in the case of payment by bank transfer. The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order in the event of material errors connected with the Customer's order or with the information sent by the Customer via the WWW.GIOIELLERIASTELLAMARIS.COM website or if any further verification of the Customer's credit conditions suggests such cancellation. The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller ITALGIOIELLI srl that are present on WWW.GIOIELLERIASTELLAMARIS.COM via links, banners or other hypertext connections. We recommend that you check their terms of sale before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, because the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the conclusion of e-commerce transactions between users of WWW.GIOIELLERIASTELLAMARIS.COM and third parties. Right of withdrawal The aim of ITALGIOIELLI srl (“the Seller”) is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on WWW.GIOIELLERIASTELLAMARIS.COM. This hypothesis includes purchases made via the Internet, however, only by the private end User, excluding, therefore, authorised retailers and companies. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must within 24 hours of receiving the goods, communicate to the seller by email or registered letter with return receipt, or by telegram or fax sent within the same time frame, his/her reasoned decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating name, surname, address, telephone number, copy of the purchase document. After having communicated the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return the product subject to withdrawal to ITALGIOIELLI srl, at Gioielleria Stella Maris located in Salerno at via Lucio Orofino, 5, strictly within the 14th day from receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and complete with all accessories provided at the time of purchase (warranty, case, free gifts, instruction booklet, any tags or labels, purchase document, etc.). For some products, a tag or label attached to the product is provided. If this is removed, the return will not be accepted. In the absence of the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and the products will be returned to the sender freight collect. If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will fully refund the price of the products purchased, with you only being responsible for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller, unless the Seller has expressly exempted you from such costs at the time of purchase. Delivery to the courier does not constitute acceptance of the return by the Seller, who will verify the conformity of the return as soon as it has received the products at its warehouses and will inform you by email in the event of acceptance of the return.You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products returned at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, ITALGIOIELLI srl reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products. Refund times and methods After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return, or, if a decrease in the value of the returned products is found, you will receive an email informing you of the amount deducted as a reduction in the refund. Whatever the payment method you used (credit/debit card or PayPal), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has occurred in compliance with the conditions above. The actual time for the refund or reimbursement of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used: purchase by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card management company, but normally occurs within two bank statements. We remind you that the value date of the refund is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest, purchase via PayPal (if available): the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
