Shipping

Please consider that the delivery time starts from the moment the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. To calculate the total delivery time of an order, in addition to the time indicated by the shipping method preferred by the Customer, please consider up to 4 working days from the date the order was placed. Delivery times for pre-order products may vary depending on the availability of the manufacturing companies, for updated information contact us with the "Request information on this product" form present in each product sheet or in chat. After the package has left our warehouse, you will be sent an email with the Tracking Number. Our courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday during working hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once your order has been placed, you will no longer be able to change the shipping address. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change the shipping and delivery times in any way upon request. The Products purchased will be delivered by a courier service selected by us ("Courier"). The products will be delivered to the address that was indicated in the order form. We are not responsible for any delivery problems resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. The billing address may be different from the shipping address and may be in a different country to the one in which the order is placed. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking code that allows you to monitor your order until delivery.
